The Difference For CCTV & Security Techs

CCTV & Security Techs — common questions
The things technicians ask us before they start using Agla Kaam.
Create a contract per site with the number of visits included. The app tracks what is used and what remains, and raises the renewal before the year ends rather than a month after.
Lens cleaning, checking recording days on the DVR, hard disk health, night-vision IR, and cable joints outdoors. Recording each one means a customer disputing coverage can be shown what was checked and when.
That is exactly why a quarterly check is worth selling. A scheduled visit that finds a dead disk is a small bill; a customer discovering it after a theft is an argument you cannot win.
Raise a quotation with the cameras, DVR, cable and labour listed. When they approve, convert it to an invoice without retyping anything.
Record camera count, DVR model, disk size and the recording retention in days on the service card. On the renewal visit you know the site before you arrive.
No — Agla Kaam holds your service records, not their video. What it keeps is when you visited, what you checked and what you charged.
